FIRST SIP?
Fresh cane is simple. Ordering should be too. Here are the answers people ask for most.
01Is sugar added?+
No. The sweetness comes naturally from freshly pressed sugarcane and, depending on the flavour, real fruit.
02What does sugarcane juice taste like?+
Light, naturally sweet and grassy-fresh. Lime, ginger or pineapple add a brighter finish.
03Is it made fresh?+
Yes. Market cups are prepared close to your selected Saturday pickup time and finished with ice when you arrive. Bottles contain pure chilled juice with no ice.
04How should I store it?+
SipCane is best enjoyed immediately after pressing, when its flavour is at its freshest. Keep bottled juice continuously refrigerated and enjoy it as soon as possible; specific storage guidance comes with your order.
05Where can I collect?+
Pre-order by Thursday at 23:59 and collect free at Saturday’s confirmed SipCane market. Choose an exact 15-minute pickup time so we can prepare close to your arrival.
06Do you deliver?+
Yes. Chilled 250 ml and 500 ml bottles are delivered in Amsterdam on Sundays between 12:00 and 17:00. Delivery is €8, requires at least two bottles and must be ordered by Thursday at 23:59. We send a narrower arrival estimate on Sunday morning.
07Can SipCane come to my event?+
Yes. We welcome enquiries for celebrations, community gatherings, food activations, office events and group orders in Amsterdam and other locations.
